1. Make sure your profile has been finished. Especially Company (Symmetry Financial Group) and Agent Code (SFG Agent Code). Then click on Update.
*If by any chance there was a typo or the Agent Code is incorrect. This will invalidate your SMS activation and this is not an editable field. You can work around with this issue by following the article below.
2. After updating your profile. You can click located on the upper side of the profile page or on the Caller IDs page to continue with the activation of the SMS feature.
3. On the next page. There will be a one time charge of $50 to enable SMS for all the new caller IDs that will be purchased. Review all the details and if it is correct continue with the billing process.
4. SMS is now enabled on your account.
